This quick ground beef pasta recipe makes great use of ground beef and pasta, kids love it as well. A very good side dish for vegetable dishes, but you can have this as main course too! If you are looking for a quick and easy pasta recipe, you are in the right place. You can use any kind of pasta, spagetti or penne pastas would also be great. Very nutritious and healthy. You can garnish your ground beef pasta with a table spoon of greek yogurt or garlic sauce. I don’t know if the way you cooked the mince is part of tradition or whatever but if you want any actual flavour you should caremalise the mince. Cook on a high heat without moving around until it browns on the bottom, then mix it wait until the juices evaporate and cook for a further few minutes until it gets nice and crispy and flavoursome!!!

This recipe is 90% fat, half a gallon of oil and you didn’t even drain the mince, so the ‘sauce’ is pure fat? And you claim this to be healthy!? Wow.
